hello we took an afternoon tour of the WW1 sites at Ypres using this company which was highly recommended on Trip Advisor. The tour was both informative and moving while superbly guided by Jacques.

Not sure about connecting from Zeebrugge but the Belgian rail system is very efficient. Takes approx. 2 hours by rail and you can get timings and costs by rail on this site.
