Cabin Choice

Just got our assignment for our upcoming Veendam cruise. Received cabin 051 on Nav deck. We like to spend a lot of time on the balcony. I am seeing that both AFT wrap around cabins are open on the Verandah deck. Are they that much bigger? Any thoughts?

Yes, the aft wrap cabins on the Veendam are great! Just had 232 for 35 days ...loved the location! Quiet, too! The verandah a held two lounge chairs and two regular chairs and small table. Great view!

If you can afford to pay the difference to get an aft wrap around cabin -- go for it.

The balcony will be much larger than the one you were assigned to.

The neat thing about this cabin location was that there were cabins above...so no noise from the pool deck which the cabin above us would have had.

I believe the comment by "Krazy Kruises" was more about SC Neptune aft wrap cabins on other ships that are way more expensive...this was just a "normal verandah cabin" cost. It's not anywhere near as extensive as those cabins..but it was fantastic. (By the way, no noise, soot, vibrations, extra movement, etc.)
