Help getting from west palm airport

Last year i rented a car from west palm airport to miami airport and paid 48$. This year its cost 150$. I'm only using the car for approx 2 hrs. OUCH. Does anyone know a cheaper way for 5 people plus luggage to get from west palm airport to port of Miami? Thanks
