Radiance Specialty Restaurant - Cover Charge

I was having a look at the RCI web page (link below) regarding the cover charges.

Can you please confirm if the cover charge for Izumi and Rita's is correct?

In addition to the cover charge is there any extra charge (etc per dish)?

I don't recall the cover charges being this cheap previously.

I think there's a per item charge for those restaurants. Try clicking on the link to the menu - might be more info there.

Both Rita's and Izumi have a cover charge plus a charge for each item. I only have the Izumi menu from a while back, and the prices are probably higher now:
