Pier Transport

Taking my mom on a cruise on the Jewel ots and am a bit worried about her walking long distances ( she is not ready for a wheelchair ). Does anyone know if there is a shuttle to transport people at the pier should our ship be far back? Thanks for your help!

I don't think there is any 'far back'. The ships are very close in so you might have to walk the length of the ship and that's it.
