Disembarkation and flight time Barcelona Spain

I am doing the MSC Cruise ship Meraviglia on June 23 and return on June 30th. I really want to get this Norwegian direct flight back to LAX, but it leaves at 12:25 p.m. MSC itinerary states the ship docks at 9 a.m. I know this is insane, but can I make it to the airport by 10 a.m? Is there Uber in Barcelona? Also, there are no direct flights on July 1st. Or I would gladly stay the extra day.

I've seen comments that advised people to self disembark. How does this process work and how long will it take normally?
