Deadman's reef snorkel. How can we find the pick-up van at port?

We have reserved for a snorkeling with transportation to and from Deadman's reef at deadmansreef.com.

But, I just got a receipt for it and there are no details provided for where or what time to pick up the van for transportation.

I was asked to enter the ship name and date to purchase, so they should know when we arrive though.

Also, my 7-year-old son is going to snorkel with my husband.

And he can barely float but can't swim.

Do you know if he can still enjoy snorkeling?

And I will be just playing with my 3-year-old son at the beach while waiting for them.

Is the beach safe for young kid to play with sand?

Will we be able to see my son and husband from the beach?

Or different location?

Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.

Did this a few years ago. Absolutely loved it! They will be waiting for you when you arrive at Port. The driver was holding a sign and may even have had a sign hanging up under the shelter area where all the tours meet.

The snorkeling and beach is all at the same place and is very safe. They have a rope that you can use to pull yourself to the snorkeling area and back in for those who can't swim very well. You also have a life jacket on so you can float and see the amazing fish out by the rocks. They should love it. Make sure they go on the back side of the rocks if possible.
