New Years Day and Taxis

We will be in Curacao on New Years Day and from what I understand almost everything will be closed as it is a major family holiday. Carnival does not even have any excursions listed for this port! :confused:

We were thinking of just going to a beach for the day or a resort day pass or something similar, but will there be taxis running? And if there are, will we be able to catch a taxi back to the ship from the beach easily?

No worries, Taxis will be running, just arrange with your taxi driver the time for pick up to the ship
