Recommend Cave Tour Co Port San Juan?

Are there other lower priced tour companies I can use outside of the RoyalCarCruise options? Ive been to Puerto Rico before but drove and stayed on the island for a week. This time cruising in & would like my son to experience the caves & observatory.....without paying a fortune of $115 ea.

Any thoughts will be appreciated. In port at 7 out at 2pm....

I'd stick with the ship sponsored tour on this one. It is a long trip (about 1:30 each way) and with so many variables like weather, traffic (it's a two-lane highway each way for the most part) and time spent at the caves and the Observatory (about 30 mins. trip from one to the other) you'd be best served and have more peace of mind on a ship's tour. Remember that if a ship-sanctioned tour runs late the ship will wait. If on a private tour, they more than likely will not.
