Liberia to Windstar at Puerto Caldera Costa Rica

We are looking for the best way to travel from Costa Rica Liberia Airport to Puerto Caldera cruise ship terminals (and then back to airport after our cruise) in March 2016. We would rather not take the bus so am looking for reliable shuttle service anyone could recommend.
