You can discuss your question in your roll call. Find it on http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=206 One thing to remember when booking independent tour : If you prepaid your tour and your ship fails to make t to the port, you may find it is difficult to get a refund. Valley Girl of VA Posted December 26, 2012 #3 Share Posted December 26, 2012 We have booked them for our excursion in February. For us they did not ask to prepay. We opened the excursion to our Roll Call and have about 14 people signed up. I have been extremely pleased with the communication with them, their willingness to explain ALL options to me. I also read the Trip Advisor reports on them and I am looking forward to our tour.
amochoc Posted December 27, 2012 #4 Share Posted December 27, 2012 Trust me you will not be disappointed with Back to Nature Tours. I received many reassuring communicative emails from Chris prior to leaving home in Australia for our cruise to NZ in Oct 2011. The full day tour is informative, fun and absolutely stress free. Kalinda Posted December 30, 2012 #5 Share Posted December 30, 2012 You will have a great day with Back to Nature tours. We were in New Zealand last January and spent a full day with Chris. The tour was fantastic. Chris is down to earth, and nothing was too much trouble. Even took us into town to purchase a sim card for our phone, lol. ldog Posted January 1, 2013 #6 Share Posted January 1, 2013 We spent a day with Chris in Feb 2008. He is delightful, knowledgeable and a good driver. We learned a lot and saw a lot. He's been doing this for a number of years so really knows his stuff.
Australian family Posted January 3, 2013 #7 Share Posted January 3, 2013 We just used Back to Nature tours in Dunedin. Was an excellent day, Chris was very good. He even drove up Baldwyn Street. Chris will also refund your tour costs if the ship can not make it into port. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day. He is very down to earth.
