car rental

Has anyone rented a car. I'm looking to go to at least porto Mari beach and was thinking about taking a tax but there are 6 of us and now we might be more adventurous and rent a car. Are the west side beaches easy to get to?

We are in Port on a Thursday in May from 8-6

Once you are out on the Westpunt road - it is all very easy

The best sat nav working here is WAZE - its an apple app

Porto Marie is well signed off the road - do stop off enroute falmingos, church and landhouse

The only thing I have read on previous posts is people have booked car rentals only be see signs saying no cars - but if that happens don't worry there are plenty of minibus taxis at the port so you can hop on that - they all have registration plates beginning with taxi
