Adding a travel mate on a different itinerary authorized for kid pickup

Not sure what you mean by "on a different itinerary." To have someone not in your cabin check your child in or out, you need to list them on the registration form and give them the "password" that they will supply to the CM at the time of check out. This is a code word that you make up. For example, we used the name of our pet. ANY person who picks up your children needs to fit both criteria--they are listed in the computer as being able to pick up the child (can use their KTTW for ID) and they can supply the password. This info is accurate as of about 18 months ago...changes may have occurred.

So you mean you have different reservations numbers?

You can call and have the reservations linked and grant oceanears club check in/out privileges. They will also need to know the password. I would suggest both parties use the same password and make it easy to remember.

Linking the reservations will also let DCL know you will want to sit together for dinner.
