San Juan Shore Excursion

Has anyone previously taken the Old San Juan food tour offered on Viator? It seems to me that all the food tours being offered across the internet are through the same company. The one on Viator is by far the cheapest, but it is not technically being offered as a shore excursion. I am going to be in San Juan from 7AM to 3PM ship time (8AM to 4PM San Juan time). The tour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 local time and last approximately 3 hours. The tour begins in Old San Juan, so I would have to make my way there from the cruise port. I have not been to San Juan before so my question is, will this be possible? Is Old San Juan within walking distance of the pier?
