NCL Tortola by Land and Sea Tour

We will be in Tortola on the NCL Breakaway in January, our 3rd trip to Tortola. What we'd like to do is to spend a bit of time at Sopher's Hole, stop by Cane Garden Bay for some photos and maybe to check out the shops, and then go back to explore Road Town and the new pier. The NCL Tortola by Land and Sea Tour seems interesting but the website description doesn't say if there is a stop at Cane Garden. Does anyone know if that tour does stop at CGB? Are we better off just taking our chance at getting a taxi at the pier?
