Antigua with a baby

We are taking a Disney cruise and will have a stop in Antigua. We love to relax on the beach but also like to shop for souviners before we get back on the ship. Any advice for where to go? Will we be able to rent chairs or umbrella for our baby? If we take a taxi will they be able to provide a car seat or do we bring our own?
