Oxygen concentrator rentals

We are taking a river boat cruise in November that originates in Budapest, Hungary and ends in Amsterdam. My husband owns a concentrator, but the power on the river boats is 50-cycle. The concentrator he owns only works on 60-cycle.

 

Has anyone information about where oxygen concentrators can be rented that function on 50-cycle power?
