Beer at the pier

Is there a place in the tourist area, or near it, where I can buy a reasonably priced six or twelve pack of beer to bring back on the ship?

There's a grocery in Coxen Hole, used to be called Warren's but I think it's Eldon's now. It's to your left about a half mile or so along the main road when you come out of the crusie terminal area like you are heading toward the West End. The Tiki Hut at the pier will probably sell you six bottles. But I don't know if he can sell them unopened. They're only a couple of buck a piece. You'll have nothing to tote them back in like a carton though and they might get confiscated.

Warrens/eldons/Sun, whatever you call it would be a Right from heading out of the cruise terminal and that would be East. You could head towards Sandy Bay but you will need to double back at the intersection and go up the hill to Plaza Mar above and just west of the gas station, bojangles chicken and the pizza place.

I tried to IM Crewsweeper to let him know his directions were totally wrong but I could not find that option on this website. Make note, the grocery we mention is East, to the Right of the dock

Thanks Sandiver, you are correct. had my map in my head turned around:o

I'll have a beach bag with some room I can stash them in. I always like to buy some local beer when in ports to drink that night on the ship. Saves a few bucks and it's just a nice souvenir..

Then go with a mix of Port Royal (quality lager) and Salva Vida (Honduran Budweiser?) maybe a bottle of Imperial for taste (IMO a weak Pilsner), skip the Barena (think a lite Corona Lite).
