Best all inclusive in Caribbean?

Need ideas for a week long stay at an all inclusive w good beach water sports, good excursion choices and good food. Looking at st Lucia but doesn't have to be there. Anyone been that can recommend?

You're interested in ST Lucia - is that because Sandals has a few places there? Jamaica would be our first choice outside of Mexico.
