The easiest way from Leeds is usually a direct flight from Leeds-Bradford airport (or Manchester) to Nice, and then a direct Costa coach transfer from Nice airport to the cruise terminal. These transfers must be booked in advance. Information about these transfers is only available on Costa's French language website http://www.costacroisieres.fr/B2C/F/Before_you_go/Ports/Pages/Default.aspx

If flying to Genoa (has to be from London as there are no northern direct flights) then there are buses to Genova Piazza Principe station from the airport then frequent trains. But there are also direct Costa buses from arport to the cruise terminal which must be pre-booked - information on http://www.costacruises.co.uk/B2C/GB/Before_you_go/Ports/Pages/Default.aspx - more expensive than DIY, but avoids the two transfers necessary.

If flying to Milan, direct trains from Milano Centrale station

to Savona take over two hours, bookable from 120 days in advance on the Trenitalia website with significant advance savings giving fares from €9. There are three Milan airports, all with frequent bus (and for Malpensa, train) connections with Milano Centrale station, taking up to one hour.
