looking for good snorkling and deep sea fishing

hello everyone, we are having a big family cruise and I was trying to find the best place for snorkeling and deep sea fishing. We are going on the Carnival Breeze this December. We are stopping at Grand Turk, San Juan, St. Kitts and St. Maarten.

 

 

Also sorry if I did this wrong wife is very active on the site but I am just learning and she put me in charge of this project. so any help will be greatly appreciated.
