Agarbers84 Posted December 10, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2012 I am wanting to do a little shoreline fishing at Belize. If I remember right, there areas around the pier that I should be able to fish from. From what I was told last time no permit is needed. Anyone else know about this? Will in sunny FL Posted December 11, 2012 #2 Share Posted December 11, 2012 IMHO the water that we have seen around the Tourist Village was all murky & light chocolate looking but there might be fish there to be caught. Or you could walk into Belize City, about 10 to 15 minutes, & fish at the swing bridge where the water looks about the same. Or go out of the Tourist Village & walk to your right to the fairly tall hotel on the water, possibly a Raddison, & fish from their docks which is more out in the open waters. I have never seen anyone fishing in that area. Let us know how you do there ? Enjoy Belize. Bill in FL
