Dinner Suggestions near La Quinta Airport Tampa?

We are staying at the La Quinta Inn Tampa Bay Airport (4720 W Spruce St).

We are looking for recommendation for dinner pre cruise. It must be within walking distance (up to 2 miles) of the motel. Something other than burgers, steaks and usual food court fodder. Authentic or speciality maybe?

Any suggestions?

International Plaza Mall is directly across the street from the LaQuinta on Spurce. They have a food court plus a fewer stand-along type restaurants. The street that you would need to cross is not a highly busy one, so crossing would not be that big of a deal. The hotel also offers shuttle service to/from for those that request it.
