Exclusive Cozumel Sailing Oasis

Has anyone or know anyone that has taken this excursion from Royal Caribbean? Exclusive Cozumel Sailing - "Escape the crowds aboard a new catamaran exclusively for your family and friends (up to 10 guests) and set sail to the clear Caribbean waters for an unforgettable adventure."

There are basically no reviews but is one safe to assume if RCCL lists it they must have properly vetted this company??

I would like to know if anyone has taken the Exclusive Cozumel Sailing excursion on Royal Caribbean? The private catamaran for up to 10 people. If so, what did you think?
