41 days to go!! So excited, but a few things to finish.

With the exception of a couple guests, most are new to cruising. Does anyone have an example letter with tidbits to know about cruising that they would like to share? Thanks!!!

A lot of my guests were new to cruising as well. I sent a small packet of info, and placed it in some card-stock envelopes to give in an 'invitation' feel. It included flight information, how dinner works on the ship, amenities, ideas of what to do on the islands, sea sickness tips, and checking in on embarkation day. I attached a picture and the file, please use it if you like it.

Ok it wouldn't attach. There is a quote photo then it says:

WELCOME!

We want to thank you for sailing with us. We could think of no better thing than to spend four nights at sea with friends and family celebrating our marriage. We are so honored that you, our guests, felt the same way. To say thank you we hope you enjoy the small gift that will be delivered to each of your cabins tonight.

Attached you will find Deck Plans along with a room listing of your sailing companions. This will enable you to locate friends and family sailing with the Greeson-Trice wedding crew.

We are giving each cabin a post it pad so that you can leave notes inside your cabin for your cabin mate or on another of our companions doors if need be.

Also in your guest pack you will find your lanyard for your sign and sail card. This card is your room key and also is the way you pay for things on the ship. IT WILL NOT WORK FOR THINGS OFF THE SHIP. The guest services desk or the Casino desk can put a hole in your card so that you can attach it to your lanyard so you never lose or forget it.

We will be meeting @7:30 our first sailing evening outside of the Casino to go to Dinner as a group.

The rest of the pages go Deck by deck with a picture of each deck plan and a brief synposis of what they can find there along with where they will find out fellow cruisers on the boat. All but my father and son will have theirs before the cruise. Those two will get them when we meet to board for the wedding.
