We did the regular zip lines last month. I saw the Zuperman zip, but it's only 2 (admittedly long) lines, versus the 11-12 on the traditional course. Plus the harness is much more restrictive, whereas they help you do some fun tricks on the regular lines. If you've never done the regular course, I'd suggest that first.

We did the zip and dip. They take you to a specific resort. Can't remember the name. It's a nice easy going place on the West Bay. The driver dropped us off and set a time for us to meet him. We had a little over 2 hours. They give us one free drink ticket and an attendant set up some loungers for us.
