Other than Tours

My wife and I booked a cruise to get away and Roatan is one of the stops. Have never been before. We have cruised many times and really dont like to take the organized excursions any longer. Does anyone have any suggestions on a beach or some beach bars/restaurants we can go to for the day?

We went to Fosters with about 7 others in a van and it was beautiful. Great drinks and food. We walked to the end of beach (10 min) and snorkled. The beach area was gorgeous. We are going again in January and cant decide between this again or the place called Fin and Flippers. For 20 dollars, you can catch a water taxi over, for beach and snorkle.
