When purchasing (pre-cruise) VOOM/2device package do you have to get for 2 people ( pay for 2 people ) or just one person in cabin and you get use on 2 devices ?

Used VOOM in past just never pre-purchased for 2 devices...

You can get two devices for one person and share with any number of different devices, as long as only two are logged in at one time.

Correct, the VOOM packages are not per person, they are per device.
