Car rental at Dubai cruise terminal

Does anyone know if there's a car rental place at Dubai cruise terminal?

I Don't recall anything other than UAE Customs at the pier. I can't remember if there were taxis at the ship or if we had to take a shuttle bus to a cab stand. The ship did not dock a walkable distance to public transportation. We did see the Queen Elizabeth.
