They were rebooked and supposed to leave on a flight from Boston to Bangor Maine that left at 1:50 p.m......before the 4 p.m. flight left Orlando. When DSIL complained they said they would gladly refund her money but the only flight they can put the combined family of 7 on is the NEXT DAY. They now have to book two hotel rooms for the night and additional cost of meals. She tried the air partner route and they had nothing. What more can she do?
