The Lobster Pot and Cream of the Trop

Hi! I am trying to look into some of the best places to eat while on Roatan. I looked on Trip Advisor and two places--The Lobster Pot and Cream of the Trop (for ice cream)--really sound good. Have any of you ever eaten at either place? We would be at The Lobster Pot for lunchtime--what do you recommend eating for lunch there? How much money should be plan on bringing to cover our food? I know most places don't accept credit cards, so I want to make sure we have plenty to cover our meal. Also, at Cream of the Trop what flavor did you like?
