Avila Hotel Beach

I have seen a few recommendations to go to the Avila Hotel Beach ...will we need a day pass to go or is there some sort of fee? Thanks for any info :)

well luckily the hotel answered me back quickly for anyone who would like the info here it is.... How nice that you will be cruising the Southern Caribbean and that you will be making a stop on Curacao. We do offer day passes which will give access to our beach only (not to our pool) which can be purchased upon arrival.

For only Nafl. 17.50 (US $9,83) you already can have access as an adult. Children until 17 years old can enter for only Nafl. 8.75 (US $4,91).

Please note that you will only have access to our private beach and not to our infinity pool. Prices include a beach chair and this pass is valid for one day only from Monday through Friday and excludes weekends, official holidays and Christmas holidays.

During your day at the Avila Hotel we have several restaurants, bars and also a spa to enjoy your day on Curacao to the fullest

Does anyone know how much cab fare is?

It wont be much only ~ 10 min drive and prob only 20 min walk - the cab has to go up and over the water to get to the other side of town - where as you can walk across the floating bridge
