Devil's Bridge and Long Bay Beach by Taxi

Has anyone taken a taxi from the port of St. Johns and traveled to the Devil's Bridge. How long does it take and how much was it? I would also like to stay a Long Bay Beach for a few hours are the cabbies reliable enough to come back and get us?
