Seaquarium/beach/parasailing

We have decided to do parasailing. It looks like the place is located at the seaquarium substation. We would also like to do beach before or after. My question is do we just take taxi to the aquarium? Is it with in walking distance to the beach or do we need to take another taxi to the beach? Was unsure if the substation is outside the aquarium or inside the aquarium.
