Early January GC weather

Hi,

Wondering if it is typically warm enough to snorkel in January. We are on an early January cruise with stop in GC. We are from the midwest, so are used to very cold temps, but just wondered if anyone had experience of being able to snorkel OR not in January in GC.

Thanks!

hi i lived in the Caribbean almost all my life. Yes, the temperature in January is fine for snorkeling. the only thing that might affect you is rough seas or maybe a cold front. No need to worry about being cold in GC in January.

Thank you SOOO much! Have been dealing with a major health issue since February but am really hoping to be on this cruise - been looking forward to it - helps to have something to look forward to when you are healing!!
