Aalborg and Lindolm Hoje on our own

Searching the boards for things to do on a Sunday in Aalborg. Can we get to Lindholm Hoje by bus without it taking an hour? Folks in previous years mentioned a bus 2, but all I can find are buses 13 and 17, which require a 1/2 hour walk on one or both ends. Anyone done this recently? Or know how much a cab would cost? Thanks!

Assuming its the case you can just walk 4 minutes to the Nytorv bus stop and then take bus 13 towards Uttrup Nord and 10 minutes after you are in Lindholm Høje.
