I have responded to both recent surveys with the same suggestions: return BJ tables at all limits to 2 to 1 BJ payouts. 6 to 5 sucks. And, 2, manage loyalty perks like land casinos, eg track us across all the cruises and cruise lines your company provides casino services for and have perks accumulate. I always feel like I am starting from scratch on every cruise.
