Can someone please tell me what difference between D1 through D8 is? We will be on D8 deck 7 cabin 7520. Is that a nice cabin? Does it have an obstructed view? It looks like it is to me. If so I would like to call to possibly get our cabin changed.

There is little difference between the different "D" type staterooms. Some of the D1s and D2s on the "hump" have a larger balcony. The D1s can hold more than two guests.

Thanks for the info. Our cabin looks like it's the last one just before the hump, now I'm worried that we won't have a good view.

You may not be able to look directly forward or aft (depending on the location), but you will still have a great view. I would not worry about it.
