Excursion Recommendations In San Juan Del Sur

This is our first time visiting San Juan Del Sur, and I need recommendations for a memorable excursion. I have researched catamaran/snorkeling tours, and Nica Sail And Surf comes highly recommended. Also, I am waiting to hear from The Surf Ranch in San Juan Del Sur regarding their sailings. Has anyone used either of these tourist companies, or are there other experiences you absolutely enjoyed while in San Juan Del Sir? Our cruise is in 65 days, and I am anxious to get this last port excursion booked. I would appreciate responses to this posting!
