travel insurance

hi all, just a query, this is our first cruise coming up, and am not sure about the insurance, is there a difference in normal and cruise insurance, and why do some exclude turkey

Possibly cause Turkey isn`t in Europe. Morocco is the same too. We have found that Marks and Spencer gives good deals. Phone them for a quote or look online.

ok, thank you i managed to get one with direct travel which is underwritten by aig, i have blood pressure which is ok and got a good deal, thomson was ok but when i went to screening they added £42 on and took it to £85 .

Before you buy travel insurance check the benefits of your bank account. Unless you have a pre-existing condition you may find that you already have free travel insurance. I know that both Natwest and the Co-op Bank do this on some of their accounts and others may do too.

I use World First as I find them very resonable as I have a pre-existing condition.

Good to have a bit of banter out of season. Looking forward to the fixture lists coming out.

I went onto a compare site and our insurance Flexi Cover. It came to £39.00 for the two of us and that includes my pre existing. This is Gold level and more importantly is a cruise cover including Turkey. Not that we visit Turkey this time but others are.
