Uber from port to airport

Does UBER go to the NO Cruise port? Is there any advantage to using them over a taxi in NO? I dont know if there is a flat fee or what...

I have a late (6pm) flight after disembark so I may want to walk around the Riverwalk mall, etc. I'm doing Carnival transport from the airport for embarkation, but dont know how late the last transfer is upon return so I have to do taxi or Uber, or horse and buggy... LOL

Does Uber exist in NOLA, if so approximate cost from airport to French Quarter hotel or cruise port.

Last time in NOLA we used a private car (a decade ago) which was about $60, did that since it was our first cruise.

I was looking for this information too. It looks like there is a $75 flat rate for pickups and dropoffs at the airport:

I took an UberX from the airport into town yesterday. The flat rate for UberX is $33 into the parish. It's $75 for Uber Black cars into the parish. Time and distance rates for trips not in the parish. I think but don't know for sure that trips from the parish out have the same flat rate as pickups from the airport.
