Dominica Whale Trip

Hi, we are on Caribbean Treasures on 8th Feb. Has anybody done the Thomson Whale & Dolphin trip and if so did you see anything.

We did the trip this year in St Vincent and saw nothing other than a girl being sea sick the whole time we were out!

Saw no whales or dolphins on the one I went on. That was from St Vincent. The boat trip was good though and they had some of the best rum punch on board. Had a stop at a beach for a swim where the sand was black.

99% success rate in dominica, they use a hydrophone to locate the whales, the whales (sperm whales) are resident all year round, the waters are protected and very clean around dominica, the crew are very knowledgeable and can identify the whales by name, they use a high speed rib... you will get wet
