Buccaneer from the cruise port

Is anyone familar of the distance taxi fee from the port to the Buccaneer Resort please?

You may want to call because the rates on the websites are from the airport to the Buccaneer (the pier is west of the airport). I would say approx $40-45 for 2 people and then additional charges for extra people. Keep in mind that the Buccaneer is on the opposite side of the island from the cruise pier and will take close to an hour to reach.

The Buccaneer is a beautiful spot on St. Croix. I worked there for several years and it is a very special place.

Be sure to research the Buccaneer day pass situation before you travel. I would not go there without a reservation number and the name of a contact person on premises.

I heard stories of them simply saying the resort is closed to day pass travelers without warning. You would be paying a lot of money and wasting your entire day to find out day passes are not being honored on your travel dates.
