AI Resort or Tour with scenic Tours?

Trying to decide what to do in Antigua. Our cruise is quite port intensive so we're trying to factor in some chillin days but don't want to miss out on the best islands to tour/explore. We're looking at a tour of the island with scenic tours or an AI day at Sandalls. What do you all think?
