Half Moon Cay float mats & stingray excursion?

We are on the Feb 28 sailing. We are taking the 9am stingray excursion. I want to also rent float mats/tubes for the day. if we go straight to the stingrays will there be floats left to rent afterward? If not, what do I do with them if I get them first? Will there be beach chairs for us when were done at the stingrays? Any other tips for a great day there?

You should have no problem finding chairs when you are done with your excursion. People come and go all day. There weren't too many people that rented the blue mats when I was there, and it looked like there were a lot at the hut we rented from.
