Can anyone tell me which bus or street car to catch at the Amtrac station to get to Canal St and then which one from Canal to the cruise terminal. Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, there are no streetcars from the AMTRAK station to Canal St, Buses are also not a viable option. Taxi is the best bet, and a short ride.

There is a Street Car at Canal St. but you would have to catch a second Street Car a the foot of Canal Street which is the Riverfront Street Car which will bring you to Julia Street and then you would have a little walk to the Cruise Terminal. If you do this just make sure that you are willing to walk to Canal St. and them walk to the Terminal from the drop off of the Street Car and allow enough time for all of this. Good Luck! ;)
