We will be arriving at this port in less than 2 weeks on the Carnival Valor southern Caribbean cruise.

I've searched Google and the board but have not found much in terms of what sort of local cuisine to eat or any sort of beverages to consume.

Looking for any sort of help.

Thanks

St. Kitts has its own Carib brewery, so definitely try a Carib. On the island tour we did with Royston, we sampled that as well as Ting (grapefruit soda) and a pear-flavored soda, and there were roadside stands selling some rather sugary snacks that looked a bit like cookies. Lunch was a roti, which is something like a bread or pancake wrapping up stewed meat and/or vegetables, with a Caribbean curry flavor. Royston bought these for us from a restaurant in town, but I don't know the name of it. I suspect there are several selling these.
