Crown Bay to Frenchman's Reef

Anyone know how long it takes to get from Crown Bay to Frenchman's Reef and back again. Will be in port from 8 to 5 and want to make sure I leave Frenchman's Reef in plenty of time to get back to the ship.

Google maps says 19 min. Probably doesn't account for traffic.

If you are just going for the beach, is Lindbergh Bay Beach an option for you?

Or what about the ferry to Water Island for something different? We want to do that the next time we dock at Crown Bay.

I already purchased a day pass at the Marriott resort, so I'm pretty locked in to that.

We have taken a taxi from Havensight several times and just used the beach for free.

If we did a day pass next time, how much is it and what does it get you?

I went to resortforaday.com and there were a couple of different options. One included a $50 beverage credit. The cost for it was $95. Does not include any food.
