Queenstown Hotel Suggestions

we will be staying for 3 nights after a 12 day cruise On November. Have considered the Hotel St Moritz and Sofitel. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

When I was last in Queenstown, we stayed at the Novotel for reasons connected to why we were there. Having previously had some pretty so-so experiences at other Novotels, we were pleasantly surprised by how pleasant and user-friendly it was, including a convenient in-hotel self-service laundry. We'd definitely be prepared to stay there again even if we were doing the choosing.
