cruise contracts

I am just wondering if Atlantis/RSVP and other cruise resellers typically have escape clauses in the contracts they sign with the cruise lines. With the way the economy is, they may be able to get out of contracts that they've already signed. In another thread someone said Rich Campbell had signed a contract with HAL for a NZ/Australia cruise in early 2010, but I'm wondering if it could get canceled.

My guess is that they do have exit clauses but they would be bad on two fronts. The penalty is likely very high with the line and the loss of consumer confidence with the charter could be catastophic for their ability to get future bookings.
